What began as a simple remodeling situation evolved into a complete tear-down and new construction of this Seacoast Shores house. The pictures, above, are of the house on the shore, prior to the new construction and transformed it into a completely different house. The upper-left photo is a picture of the rear view of the house prior to the build; the upper-right is the front view of the same house before the build. The lower-left picture is the front view after the construction, and the lower-right photo is the rear view of the newly transformed house. |
Here is a house that underwent a complete tear-down and new construction. What originated as a summer cottage, turned into a beautiful home that overlooks the salt marshes in scenic Hyannis. The house has the look and feel of a traditional Cape Cod cedar-shingled home, yet has a more modern appearance and now can be used as a year-round residence. The two pictures above are the front and rear of the original cottage, and the pictures below are the front and rear of the new construction.
